Common questions

Know the essentials before you start.

What is Carryroo?

Carryroo connects senders and couriers and provides search, communication and order management. Carryroo does not perform the transport itself.

Which countries are supported?

All selectable countries can be used in search. Results require a matching published trip, and the participants must also check the applicable rules.

What can I send?

Carryroo is intended for permitted documents and low-risk paperwork whose contents are known to both sides. Never hand over prohibited, dangerous or unknown contents.

Who checks the rules?

Sender and traveler must verify the document, route and handoff comply with airline, customs and local requirements before agreeing.

What if something changes?

Contact the other person in the platform chat, keep the order status current and use the feedback channel if support is needed.

What do a request and a trip publication cost?

The current point cost is shown before each action. A new request reserves points; publishing a new trip for the first time consumes points. Changes to the same trip cost no additional points.

What happens to reserved points after a cancellation?

If a request is declined or cancelled, its reserved points are released. They are consumed permanently after successful completion.

Are points the same as the courier reward?

No. Points pay for specific Carryroo functions. The reward is agreed separately between sender and courier and the full amount is allocated to the courier.
