No. Carryroo is a matching, communication, order and payment-protection platform based on real trips. It does not transport items itself.
What can be carried now?
The current focus is documents such as contracts, school papers, visa and notarization materials. More complex items are not recommended as a starting scenario.
Can a Courier reject or inspect an item?
Yes. Couriers can reject unknown, unexplained or clearly non-compliant items, and Senders must describe the content truthfully.
When does the Courier get paid?
In a protected payment flow, the Sender pays first and the Courier is paid under the platform rules after completion is confirmed.
What happens if the handoff fails?
Order status, platform chat, cancellation reasons and handoff records should be used as evidence. The platform can step in under its rules if there is a dispute.
